Refunds & Returns Policy
1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
If you have purchased from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of receiving the item.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

We will provide a full refund (including standard delivery costs) once we receive the returned item in unused, resellable condition.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
2. Our Extended Returns Policy
In addition to your legal rights, we also offer a 30-day return period for peace of mind.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Returns requested after the initial 14-day legal cooling-off period will be refunded at our discretion, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
Extended Christmas Returns Policy
- Applies to orders placed between 1 November and 24 December each year, delivered to a UK address and purchased directly from Vowlt (VOWLT LTD) via vowlt.com.
- For eligible orders, the return period is extended until 31 January of the following year (instead of our standard returns window).
- Items must be unused, in as-new condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any free gifts.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
- We may reduce your refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to check it, or if parts/packaging are missing.
- Faulty or misdescribed items remain covered by your statutory rights and our standard warranty, in addition to this extended period.

3. Faulty or Defective Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs of the fault.

If the fault is confirmed, we will cover the return postage and arrange a replacement or full refund.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable unless faulty:

Inflatable equipment that has been used or inflated.

Personal care items (e.g. mats used directly for skin contact in fitness/yoga).
5. Exchanges
We will exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or if you require a different size/model (subject to availability). Please contact us first so we can advise on the best process.
6. How to Return an Item

Contact us at contact@vowlt.com with your order number and reason for return.

Package your item securely in the original packaging.

We will issue you details of the appropriate return address.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval or rejection via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.
