What is our return policy?

You can cancel and return unused items within 14 days of delivery, with an extended 30-day return window offered at our discretion. Faulty or defective products may be eligible for repair, replacement, or a full refund. For full details, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

FAQ Product & Safety

Yes. All Vowlt air tracks are independently tested and certified to CE EN71 and RoHS standards, and are designed to be child-safe when used as directed and under appropriate supervision.

 

Vowlt air tracks are suitable for gymnastics, calisthenics, tumbling, martial arts, yoga, stretching, and general fitness. They are designed for both beginners and advanced athletes.

We offer four sizes, all 20 cm thick:

  • 200 x 100 x 20 cm (approx. 9 kg)

  • 300 x 100 x 20 cm (approx. 12.4 kg)

  • 400 x 100 x 20 cm (approx. 17.3 kg)

  • 500 x 100 x 20 cm (approx. 18.6 kg)

Every Vowlt air track comes as a complete package, including:

  • Inflatable air track

  • Electric pump (110–240V, UK plug)

  • Storage bag

  • Comprehensive repair kit (patches, valve tools, adhesive)

  • User manual with setup and safety guidelines

Vowlt air tracks use drop-stitch and double-wall PVC construction for durability, consistent bounce, and professional 20 cm cushioning.

They are designed for a wide range of ages, from young children (with supervision) through to adult athletes. Always follow the safety guidelines and supervise children at all times.

 

FAQ Shipping & Delivery

Yes. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £140. Below this threshold, shipping costs vary by product weight and size.

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly if your order contains larger items such as air tracks, as these are handled by specialist couriers and may arrive separately from other products.

You will receive tracking information for each parcel sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Our primary focus is the UK market. International shipping options, if available, will be shown at checkout.

FAQ Orders, Returns & Refunds

Yes. You have a legal right to cancel and return unused goods within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding return postage unless the item is faulty).

We offer:

  • 14-day legal right to cancel and return unused goods

  • An extended 30-day return period at our discretion (return postage not refunded unless the item is faulty)

  • For faulty or defective items, you may be eligible for repair, replacement, or a full refund, and we will cover reasonable return postage costs

Certain hygiene-sensitive items (for example, used inflatables that show signs of heavy use, personal care mats, and similar products) may not be returnable unless they are faulty. Digital products and gift cards are also generally non-refundable.

Please contact our customer support team with your order number, contact details, and the reason for return. We will provide instructions, including the return address and any labels if applicable. Items should be returned in their original packaging wherever possible.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days back to your original payment method.

FAQ Repairs & After-Sales Support

Stop using the product and contact us with your order details, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if possible. Our team will assess the problem and advise on repair, replacement, or refund options.

Yes. Minor punctures can often be repaired using the included repair kit and following the instructions in your user manual. For more serious damage or if you are unsure, please contact our support team before attempting repairs.

FAQ Usage, Care & Maintenance

Vowlt air tracks can be used indoors or outdoors on a flat, clean surface free from sharp objects and debris. Avoid placing them on rough or abrasive ground without additional protection.

With the included electric pump, most air tracks inflate in just a few minutes. Deflation and packing into the storage bag also take only a few minutes when following the instructions.

Ensure the air track is clean and dry before deflating and folding. Store it in the provided bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and sharp objects.

Inflate until the surface feels stable and supportive but not over-pressurised. The ideal firmness depends on user weight, skill level, and activity. Always follow the pressure guidance in your user manual.
