How long will delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly if your order contains larger items such as air tracks, as these are handled by specialist couriers and may arrive separately from other products.
You will receive tracking information for each parcel sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
At VOWLT, some products—such as air tracks and larger training equipment—require specialised handling due to their size and packaging. For this reason, certain items are shipped from different fulfilment centres to ensure they arrive safely and as quickly as possible.
Because of this, your order may arrive in more than one package and sometimes with different couriers. Don’t worry—this is completely normal. Any remaining items will be on their way shortly, and you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
My air track arrived, but the rest of my order hasn’t—should I be concerned?
Not at all. Air tracks are dispatched through a dedicated logistics channel so they can be handled, transported, and delivered with extra care. Other products, such as bars, mats, and accessories, may follow shortly in a separate delivery.
This split allows us to get each item to you as efficiently as possible. If any part of your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, just let us know and we’ll check its status right away.
